Welcome to Travel eSIM Empire! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and digital eSIM products (“Products”). By purchasing or using any product from Travel eSIM Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview & Service Provision

Travel eSIM Empire provides prepaid digital SIM cards (eSIMs) offering mobile data connectivity in supported regions worldwide.

  • Digital Delivery: All products are delivered digitally via QR code or activation key sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical cards are shipped.
  • Device Compatibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked prior to purchase.

2. Activation & Plan Validity

  • Activation Period: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, eSIM profiles must be installed within 180 days of purchase.
  • Plan Validity Window: The validity period of your data plan (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days) begins automatically when the eSIM connects to a supported cellular network at your destination.
  • Data Limits: Data allowances are fixed per purchased plan. Once your data limit or validity duration expires, connectivity will stop unless a top-up or new plan is purchased.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because eSIM profiles are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase:

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be granted if the eSIM has not been installed/activated and a request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, OR if a technical failure on our network prevents service delivery that our support team cannot resolve.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued if:
    • Your device is locked to a specific home carrier or is incompatible with eSIM technology.
    • The eSIM profile has already been downloaded, installed, or consumed.
    • You no longer require the plan due to changed travel plans after downloading the eSIM.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our digital network services only for lawful, personal travel purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the eSIM data connection without prior written consent from Travel eSIM Empire.
  • Attempt to bypass network management, security features, or fair usage policies.

5. Network Availability & Performance

While Travel eSIM Empire partners with leading global telecommunications providers to ensure optimal coverage, cellular network availability, speed, and quality may vary depending on:

  • Geographical location, terrain, and weather conditions.
  • Local network congestion and local carrier infrastructure.
  • Device hardware capabilities.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free coverage in every specific location.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel eSIM Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, travel disruptions, or business interruption—arising out of your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
